'Our travel consultants have access to the extensive Booking.com database and can also use our online booking tool to book accommodation,' explains Tom Roefs, CEO of Munckhof. 'Customers can use the Booking.com tool to make reservations and we can track the entire process and draft reports. The partnership therefore offers the best of both worlds.

Another significant advantage of this partnership is that it allows travellers to book their own accommodation using our online booking tool. 'Customers who use our online booking tool have access to the entire Booking.com database, which has a huge range of accommodation. This tool is also linked to the organization's travel policy. If the details of a booking change, customers can make the necessary changes themselves or contact one of the Munckhof teams. All trips booked through Munckhof are included in the analyses and reports, which gives organizations a detailed overview of their corporate travel,' says Roefs.
