Was your flight delayed? Ask for compensation!
Get the compensation you are entitled to
Was your flight delayed? Did you miss your connection? Was your flight cancelled or were you denied boarding? You may be entitled to compensation of up to €600 per person. We work together with EUclaim, an organization with extensive experience in passenger rights.
Compensation for delays
If you arrive at your destination with more than three hours' delay, you may be entitled to compensation for the loss of time. The amount of compensation is calculated based on the number of kilometres of the flight. The following amounts apply:
Destinations in the EU:
€250 per person for flights up to 1500 km
€400 per person for flights of more than 1500 km
Destinations outside the EU:
€250 per person for flights up to 1500 km
€400 per person for flights between 1500 km and 3500 km
€600 per person for flights of more than 3500 km
You are only eligible for compensation if you flew from an EU country or flew from outside the EU to an EU country with a European airline. Check whether your flight is eligible here.
You do not have a right to compensation if the airline can prove that the delay was the result of ‘extraordinary circumstances’ and that it was not responsible for the delay. If you are not sure whether you are entitled to compensation, you can get advice about your rights at no cost and without obligation.
How does EUclaim work?
Submit your claim by clicking the button below. EUclaim will then investigate whether you are entitled to compensation, without obligation. If necessary, they may also initiate legal proceedings on your behalf, all based on no cure, no pay. You only need to send them the relevant documents and they will do the work for you! If they succeed in getting you compensation from the airline, you will be charged a fee of 29% and €26 administrative expenses (including BTW) per person. This means you will not run any risk yourself.
