Culture

Dubai is currently outdoing Abu Dhabi in terms of tallest buildings. At 828 metres tall, the Burj Khalifa is the world's tallest building. Abu Dhabi does have the largest mosque of the two Emirates, the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. Both Emirates have a 7* hotel. The Burj al Arab (Dubai) and the Emirates Palace (Abu Dhabi) are hotels at which guests want for nothing, and they are certainly worth a visit. Construction

Large-scale construction work is an ongoing trend in both Emirates. In Abu Dhabi, work is under way on the world's largest Guggenheim museum, and a larger version of Paris's Louvre is also under construction. Dubai is still expanding its 'The World' project, the biggest dredging project ever seen. The islands that make up this project represent the different continents. Hotels, apartments and villas are being built on the islands.

Shopping

Both Emirates are a shopper's paradise. Dubai currently has the world's biggest covered shopping mall. It's a wonderful place to go shopping or simply saunter around, whatever the temperature outdoors. There are also plenty of activities to enjoy in and around the two capital cities, so there's never a dull moment.

In short, if you want to be sure that you and your guests will want for nothing, these two destinations come highly recommended.
